If you like pirates, arts and good food then you should get yourself ready for a little bike tour to the Norderelbe. The American artist Leah Rosenberg is responsible for the colorful installations, even when autumn is grey and cold, here you will feel better, as if it is sunny summer day. The point of view is amazing, the quite surrounding is inspiring and the happy stuff is cheering up everybody even the grinch.
A very German thing to do: Laternenumzug. Clubkinder is a non profit organization that supports social projects in Hamburg by events that are hilarious! A great movement that gives you the possibilty to get to know new people, get to know German traditions and discover new places. Tonight we will meet up in St. Pauli, 19:30h Paulinenplatz. Please bring 20Euro and your Laterne (you will find one here), Schnapsglas (little glas for a shot) This is going to be legendary!

The third advent is always reminding me that soons it is christmas. Today i will bake cookies and enjoy the christmas market in my former district St. Georg. The Winter Pride is supporting non-profit organizations and is the only christmas market with a good DJ!
Narrow streets, old buildings and sweet little cafés. Today the Altona Museum is hosting a traditional christmas market. Beside handcrafted arts and beautiful selcetion of homemade specialities, you can visit the current exhibition. This museum is a great starting point for getting to know Hamburg and its long history.

Monkeymind Yogabis one of my favorite yoga studios in Hamburg. Today at 18h you can enjoy a class with Clemens who will teach you Vinyasa-Yoga. Every advent sunday the studio prepared a special guest for the afterhour. Today you can join the experienced chanti and yoga teacher Uli and sing along. No traditional christmas corals but also heartwarming.
